How to Join?

It’s EASY to join our family.
•    Bring in a printed brochure (below) with your payment
•    Contact our office to enroll with a credit card
•    Have your Employer contact us to set up a corporate account
•    Pay online through Paypals (send payment to Smile@WestonCener.us)
•    Apply for our Care Credit card and charge it to your account

Annual membership must be paid in advance and all fees must be paid upon services rendered.  Complete rules available upon request or printed form our web site.

Membership Dues

Don’t be fooled by other “clinics” who charge less for their plan, yet offer “up to 25%” of their already inflated fees.  We are the innovators of this plan, and are often imitated on the surface.  Do the math and ask for a complete list of their fees and discounts.   Some companies try to follow our good intentions with money making schemes.
