As our patients know there are going to be some changes at both of our office locations courtesy of PENNDOT. In May we are moving the Deer Lake office back about 100′ and turning it to face the Pine Creek Stream for a better more comforting view, as Route 61 is prepared to undergo rennovations. We have been planning this with the state for about 2 years now and it looks like we have an exact date of when we will be physically MOVING THE TOOTHBARN. ON May 7th, 2010 we invite all who with to watch as they put the entire building on wheels and roll it to the new and final home of the Weston Centre. We will be making a big deal out of this with as much fanfare as possible.
We hope to have a band or tow, TV stations, Live radio remote broadcasts, free giveaways, and even a concession booth with Dave Crouse’s 3C’s restuarant provinding his “Famous Chili”. You will not want to miss this event. For once you can watch us be nervous and sweating. It will be FUN, I promise. Also we are “lucky” enough to have our roadfront re-landscaped as PENNDOT removes about 15′ of our property in preparation of the new 222 S offramp onto 183.

We will become home to a new 3 way interrsection complete with redlight as they expand the overpass 50′ and raise it 5′. I have no clue how long, what, how or whatever is going to happen except that it starts this spring and if you know PENNDOT, it could be messy for an extanded period of time. We hope that it does not affect our ingress/egress (Pendot terms for driveways) and have been assured that they will be considerate of our business’s needs, but we ask that you hang in there as we go thru our growing pains.
Deer Lake will most likely be closed for 2 – 3 weeks as they complete the move, and we will offer extended hours at our Reading office and “incentives” for our existing patients who may need to travel to reading during this short construction period. We hope to see you at the moving party, so keep visiting the website for updates and pencil us in for Friday, May 7th.
